DrumSync Privacy Policy

Introduction

DrumSync ("the App") respects user privacy and is designed around on-device data management. This privacy policy explains our basic approach to the collection, use, and storage of data.

1. Data Collection

The App does not collect personal information, based on the following policies:

  • The App does not require an internet connection and does not send any data to external servers.
  • Your metronome settings (BPM, rhythm patterns, and practice records) are stored entirely in local storage on your device.
  • No personal information such as your name, address, or contact details is collected.

2. Use of Data

  • Data stored in the App is used solely to provide metronome functionality and to manage your music practice.
  • Your data is never provided to third parties without your permission.

3. Data Storage and Management

  • Data such as your BPM settings, rhythm patterns, and practice session records is saved only in local storage on your device.
  • Uninstalling the App completely removes all settings and practice records from your device.

4. Audio Processing

  • The App provides metronome functionality for music practice, but it never records or stores your musical performance or voice.
  • Audio output is processed on your device and is never transmitted externally.

5. Security

  • The App takes appropriate measures to protect your data. However, we cannot be held responsible for your device's security settings or the effects of third-party apps.
  • We recommend that you take security measures on your device, such as password protection and the use of security software.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

  • This privacy policy may be changed without notice. If significant changes are made, we will notify you within the App.
