What We Can Build
How We Work
Free 30-minute consultation
We listen for your theme, budget, schedule, and target audience. We'll also tell you straight if Roblox isn't actually the right platform.
Design & requirements
A planning document covering concept, core loop, monetization, KPIs, and operations — at a level easy to circulate for internal approval.
Prototype (2–4 weeks)
A working prototype in Roblox Studio. Playing it early surfaces issues paper specs miss.
Production (4–12 weeks)
Final 3D assets, Luau scripts, UI, audio, monetization — with QA, device compatibility, and performance measurement in parallel.
Launch & operations
Publishing, store-page optimization, launch analytics, recurring updates, and KPI improvement — visualized in monthly reports.
Why Oflight
- We bring DocDD (Document-Driven Development) discipline from our software practice to game development — keeping scope from spiraling.
- We pair the build with AI tooling (Claude, GPT, etc.) for asset prep, script drafting, and QA automation — compressing the heavy production phase.
- We cover the post-launch operating loop (KPI design, analytics, iteration), not just "build and walk away."
- For education and kids' titles, we ship safety design and curriculum-aligned content as part of the baseline.
FAQ
We're new to Roblox — can we still talk to you?
Yes — that's most of our pipeline. We start by aligning on what Roblox is good at, what it isn't, and whether it fits your problem.
Rough budget?
Prototype-scale starts in the low hundreds of thousands of yen; full worlds typically run in the millions. Scope, requirements, and operations envelope shift this a lot — we quote per project after a free consultation.
Can you build educational / kids' titles?
Yes — our own published title "Climb! Learning Tower" is in this category. We implement curriculum-aligned question design, furigana / color-vision support, parent-side safety features (chat disabling, no ads), and the rest of the baseline kids'-title checklist.
Can you build a world with our existing IP?
Yes, within Roblox's IP guidelines. We model the assets, design the experience, and help organize the legal side.
Can we ask you only for post-launch operations?
Yes — we take on improvements, KPI work, additional development, and community operations on already-published worlds.
Worlds for internal training or trade shows?
We build B2B Roblox worlds too — internal training, marketing, trade shows, recruiting events. Anywhere Roblox's reach helps.
