Can we consult before choosing a cloud?
Yes — that's the most common starting point. The assessment pack inventories your environment and compares Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, and Cloudflare neutrally, including the option not to migrate.
How long does migration take?
File-server migrations take 2 weeks to 1 month; migrations including business systems take 1–3 months, depending on data volume and dependencies.
Will business stop during migration?
No. Old and new environments run in parallel, with cutover on nights or weekends only after verification — and the old environment stays available as a fallback.
Will the cloud really be cheaper?
Honestly, it depends. Total cost often drops once hardware, maintenance, and failure risk are counted, but usage-based bills can swell without governance. We show initial and monthly estimates in yen before you decide.
What does managed operations cover?
Monitoring and first response, backup and update checks, security reviews, cost-optimization audits, and a monthly report of what you're paying for.
Can you maintain a cloud built by another vendor?
Yes. We review the current setup and quote the takeover scope — including sorting out accounts and permissions when the original builder is unreachable.
Are subsidies available?
Cloud migration may qualify for Japan's IT Introduction Subsidy and similar programs; we'll advise based on the current guidelines.
When do we pay, and can we cancel?
Fixed quotes before starting, no increases afterward, and free cancellation any time before work begins. Stopping after just the assessment is fine.
