Configure Notification Channels
Set up Webhook URLs or API tokens for your preferred notification channels (Slack, Discord, LINE, Chatwork, Teams) in the dashboard.
Embed the Form
Paste a single JavaScript tag into your website. REST API integration is also available (BUSINESS plan and above).
Go Live
Receive real-time notifications on your configured channels when forms are submitted. Manage inquiry status from the dashboard.

Create a Slack App → Copy Incoming Webhook URL
Discord
Server Settings → Create Webhook → Copy URL
LINE
Create LINE Official Account → Create Messaging API Channel → Issue Access Token
