About the Setup Service Scope
This service covers connecting messaging apps to OpenClaw (AI agents) and initial configuration. You can build the workflows above on your own, but if you need help, we offer custom workflow development as a separate service — contact us for a quote.
During the 14-day intensive support period after deployment, configuration adjustments, troubleshooting, channel additions/changes, and one additional training session are included at no extra cost.

Monthly Support Plans
We handle LLM API changes, security updates, and OS updates on your behalf. Without a support plan, these must be managed by you.

- - Standard Plan: ¥19,800/mo (chat support, bi-monthly check-in, config changes, OS/security updates)
- - Premium Plan: ¥49,800/mo (priority support, unlimited config changes, monthly report, emergency response within 4 hours)

* We handle Mac mini (M4 chip recommended) procurement for all plans. Hardware cost is charged separately at cost.
* LLM API usage fees (Claude, GPT, etc.) are billed based on usage and are the customer's responsibility.
* Travel and accommodation for nationwide on-site plans are billed at actual cost. We provide estimates in advance.
* Business hours: Weekdays 10:00–18:00 (excluding weekends and holidays)
* Rescheduling is free up to 3 business days before the visit. Cancellations after that incur a 50% fee.
