We have no IT-savvy staff — is that OK?

Can we start small?

Can our existing Excel data carry over?

Can you take over a system built by another vendor?

Is a maintenance contract required?
No, but business systems need care as OSes, browsers, and your business change, so we recommend monthly maintenance (from ¥50,000/mo). You can also sign up later, once needed.
When do we pay, and can we cancel?
We quote a fixed price before starting and begin only after you approve — it never increases afterward. Cancel free any time before we start; after that, we bill only for work in progress.
