Sound Familiar?
An honest note: signage that stops updating stops working.
The most common signage failure isn't hardware — it's operations. Screens go up, updates stop, and you're left with an expensive frozen poster. That's why our proposals always include an operations design: who updates what, and how.
We'll also tell you honestly when cheaper works — consumer displays are often enough for business-hours use — and when paper posters already do the job, we'll say signage isn't worth it.

Book Free ConsultationFrequently Asked Questions
Can we start with just one unit?
Yes — the Starter Pack (from ¥250,000) covers a single indoor unit. We recommend proving the effect with one screen before rolling out.
What does the installation cost include?
Four components: the display, media player, installation work, and initial content. Our quotes use the same breakdown as our public cost-guide column.
Can you install outdoors?
Yes, but weatherproof housings, high-brightness panels, and foundation work raise costs significantly (typically from ¥800K). We quote individually after a site survey.
Can we update content ourselves?
Yes. We deliver templates and manuals so your team can swap content in-house. If nobody has time, the monthly plan (from ¥20,000) covers updates for you.
Can you maintain signage installed by another vendor?
Yes. We review the current setup and quote the takeover scope, including CMS migration.
Are subsidies available?
Signage may qualify for Japan's small-business sustainability subsidy or municipal DX programs; we'll advise based on current guidelines.
When do we pay, and can we cancel?
Fixed quotes after the site survey, before work starts — and free cancellation any time before we begin.
